Dinner
Books are written about it, internet sites and blogs dedicated to it. Keeping your kitchen full of healthy food. What's the best method. Fruits and Veggies going bad, missing that one ingredient, these plague my kitchen on a regular basis. I'm just not very good at making the list, planning things out and routinely hitting the grocery store. And I'm definitely not good at spending many of my precious weekday evening hours cooking. The alternative, however, is eating out, which both empties your wallet and stretches your tummy. In an effort to combat this, sometimes I simply cook for an army, even though there aren't many of us who find their meals in my fridge. This way there will be lots to eat. Sure, we might get sick of it, but every once and a while it's better than the alternative. Chicken pot pie. 3 of them. Yum.
