Dear Gracie, Today was your very first appointment with your doctor.  We really like your doctor - she is nice and kind and repeatedly tells us how beautiful you are.  You are "perfectly proportionate" at the 75th percentile for height, weight, and head circumference.  You have also gained almost all of your birth weight back.  You weighed 7lb 6 oz at birth, lost 4% of that, and are back up to 7lb 4oz already.  You are a good little eater!
