Dear Gracie, I you've started sleeping holding your head.  Both hands, one hands, one hand on the head with one on the pacifier.  We just love it.  When you're tired and in your bed and your pacifier falls out, we will come in and put it back in your mouth (so you stop fussing...).  When we do that, our hand offering you the pacfier, you grab our hands with your little hands to guide the pacifier into your mouth and you will hold our hands there while you calm down.  We kind of love it.
