I'm sure most of you have seen this video. I've run across it several times. When I watched it this morning, I couldn't help the tears as I realized/remembered how much potential each of us has within us. If only we could see each other more fully, give each other a chance to shine and reach our individual heights. I think there are opportunities all around us.
