Dear Gracie, last night you decided you were not interested in sleeping.  You seemed much more interested in being awake eating, fussing, crying.  We knew you were tired but weren't quite sure how to help you recognize the same thing.  You stayed awake for so long that your dad and I had to take shifts staying awake with you and I finally resorted to buckling you up and taking you for a car ride at 7am.  It worked, you fell asleep, but as soon as we got home and I crawled in bed, you woke up again with your little screams.  We'll figure this out.
