Track Night

We have been doing "track night" for about 2.5 years now.  Jason started it that long ago and has kept it going ever since.  Every Tuesday night a group of people meet at the track for a speed workout.  Since the pregnancy we've also started an offshoot walking group which has been uber enjoyable.  I look forward to these Tuesday nights (except for during the heat of the summer - only the hard core people show up for those evenings).  I'm so grateful for good weather and the ability to exercise.  It's fantastic.
